Information you choose to send

The project enquiry form works in your browser. It checks your entries and prepares an email draft; it does not submit form fields to our website or send the email automatically. If you choose to send that draft, we receive the name, email address, service, optional budget and project details you include. You can also email us directly. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

How we use it

We use messages you send to respond, discuss a potential project and maintain the related correspondence. Where a privacy law requires a legal basis, this may be steps taken at your request before a contract or our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry, as applicable. Sending an enquiry does not create a client agreement.

Website operation and preferences

Our web host may process technical access information, such as IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. The site stores only your motion preference in your browser’s local storage; you can change it with the footer control or clear it in browser settings. This version of the site has no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Service providers and retention

Our hosting and email providers handle information needed to run those services. Their processing locations and retention settings depend on the services configured by the studio. We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting work, or applicable record-keeping obligations; hosting and email-provider logs may have separate retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to send the email draft. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct or erase your information, object to or restrict processing, or complain to a relevant authority, contact us and we will respond to your request. Some information may need to be retained where law or an ongoing agreement requires it.
